Client Experience Specialist
Madeline Lang is our Client Experience Specialist. She is a homegrown Texan from Conroe, graduated from The Houston Art Institute and has been a Houstonian ever since. She launched her financial career with Merrill Lynch in the mid-80s onsetting in Administrative Management and steadfastly became the Senior Client Associate for their top-tier producing team in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. Her tenacity has driven her to claim leadership roles at Penn Mutual and Hornor Townsend & Kent as their Director of Operations, the legacy firm Edward Jones as their Senior Branch Office Administrator, and with Guardian Life as their Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her fortuitous path has led her to Impact! Partners Financial and since her inception onto our team, her loyalty and tenacity are not easily matched.
When Madeline isn't steering client satisfaction, you will find her being an exceptional grandmother to her granddaughter or honing her formidable Ballroom dancing skills. She is also an avid volunteer and loves Theatre and Costume Design, gardening, and swimming.
